This notice identifies the operator of this website, registers our places of establishment, and points to the regulators that supervise us.

Soteryan operates local representative offices that act on behalf of Soteryan BV. They are not separate legal entities for the purposes of contracting; the contracting party is always Soteryan BV unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Data protection — Netherlands. Soteryan BV processes personal data under the supervision of the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch Data Protection Authority).

If you believe we have not handled your personal data in line with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or with the supervisory authority in your EU member state of residence.

4. Professional Title & Activity

Soteryan BV is a private cybersecurity company providing breach intelligence and fraud-prevention platforms (BreachShield, FraudShield) and managed security services to enterprises, governments, and financial institutions. The activity is not subject to a regulated profession under Dutch law (no Algemene wet erkenning EU-beroepskwalificaties). Where engagements include payment-card environments or critical-infrastructure data, applicable industry-specific frameworks (PCI-DSS, NIS2, ISO 27001, etc.) are observed contractually.

5. Online Dispute Resolution

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 524/2013, we are required to point EU consumers to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Soteryan BV is a B2B service provider and is not obliged to participate in consumer dispute-resolution proceedings, nor does it currently elect to.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice and your use of soteryan.com are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The competent court is the District Court of Amsterdam (Rechtbank Amsterdam), unless mandatory consumer-protection law assigns jurisdiction to your place of residence.
